Switching sporting codes from netball to AFL has had a clear pay off, after many years of sporting success.

She’s endured two seasons of Survivor, is a regular AFL & AFLW commentator and has hosted her own TV show.  Sounds exhausting, doesn’t it? Not for Abbey!

Outside of sport Abbey says her time on Survivor was the hardest thing she’s ever done.  Her Breaking Ground story is all about the risks she’s taken in life, implementing change, and proving the haters wrong time and time again.
